Pizza flour

It is a wheat flour especially created for pizza doughs. The dough obtained from this flour is characterized by a very good elasticity and extensibility. With this flour, you can easily obtain both thin and crisp or thick, fluffy, with fine pores doughs.

This flour is ideal for both manual and technological-driven pizza production.

Pizza flour

Pastry flour

It is a wheat flour characterized by a high protein content, especially made for the production of pastry dough and pies, with good elasticity and expansion capacity. It is suitable for a long technological stream with automated production lines, with the resulted dough being stored in the refrigerator.

The resulting products keep their shape very well, can be directly baked or preserved by freezing. They are characterized by a high volume, thin and homogenous sheets, with a pleasant taste and flavor.

Cozonac flour

It is a white wheat flour created especially for products that will be combined with fats, sugars, dairy and eggs, with high extensibility and resistance, resulting in large volume products with the core that unfolds into strips. (Sweet bread, fluffy croissants with various fillings, cakes, doughnuts). It can be used on both manual and automatic or semi-automatic production lines.

It is an universal white wheat flour, widely used in the production of bread and various bakery products. Black flour

Black Flour is used in producing “Black” bread, and as an ingredient in other bakery mixes and whole meal bread and graham. Bread made from this flour has specific features resulting from the high fiber content. The finite products have normal size, the bread being slightly swollen with an uneven surface. The color of the crust is brown; the scent is pleasantly sour.
